Camera-Ready Paper Submission (Instructions for the authors of the accepted papers):

All accepted submissions will appear in the proceedings. WCCCE 2016 will run in cooperation with the ACM Special Interest Group on Computer Science Education (SIGCSE). As part of this "in cooperation status" the proceedings will be included in the ACM Digital Library. The WCCCE'16 proceedings ISBN # is 978-1-4503-4355-8.

To present your paper at the conference and for your paper to be published in the conference proceedings, the following instructions must be completed:

  1. AS PART OF THIS PROCEDURE, ACM has an automated rights management form collection system for ACM published proceedings. Accepted authors will be sent the ACM rights management form and complete instructions. All rights management forms must be submitted and approved four weeks before the proceedings is to appear in the Digital Library.
  2. After completing their rights management form, authors will be emailed the correct rights management text and bibliographic strip (including DOI) to place within their papers. The authors must enter this text into their papers.
  3. As rights management emails are sent from an automated system, there is a chance that emails sent will wind up in SPAM folders. Please make sure that YOU set email SPAM settings to allow emails from rightsreview@acm.org
  4. Please use your EDAS login name to retrieve the review(s).
  5. Please read the reviewers comments and make the changes if any. E-mail the itemized list of these changes directly to the conference chairs at: wccce2016-chairs@edas.info.
  6. After entering the the correct rights management text and bibliographic strip and implementing the reviewers comments, prepare the PDF file of your paper (without page numbers) and upload in the EDAS system.
  7. Register for the WCCCE 2016 conference on https://edas.info/r21729.
  8. At least one author per paper must register by April 15, 2016.
  9. Additional authors and non-authors are encouraged to register ASAP so that all arrangements can be made more efficiently.
  10. ACM wants the material to appear in the Digital Library on day 1 of WCCCE-2016. To accomplish this, it is your responsibility to see that all the above steps are followed completely and everything is implemented/submitted in a timely manner. Failure to do so will result in exclusion of your paper from the ACM Proceedings and the ACM Digital Library.
